Chicken Soup for the Bride's Soul, the much anticipated title to the New York Times Bestselling book series, Chicken Soup for the Soul, which has sold 80 million copies to date, is seeking true stories to consider for publication.

A Chicken Soup story is an inspirational, sometimes emotional, often humorous, true story that opens the heart and re-kindles the spirit. It is the personal account of an event, a relationship, a lesson learned or a dream fulfilled that helps the reader discover basic principles they can use in their own lives.

Welcomed Topics: How we met, unique proposals, wedding day moments, daddy's little girl, keepsakes and time-honored traditions, powerful moments of healing, bridal party memories, in-laws and family, embarrassing moments, adjusting to married life, second chances, keeping the love alive and anniversaries.

You don't have to be a bride to share your story. Most everyone has shared in wedding memories. We invite stories from wedding party members, parents of the bride or groom and family members. Stories should be well-written and 400-1200 words in length. Chosen authors of original works will be paid $300 upon publication and will retain the rights to their work.
